Privacy
This notice describes how the Five Borough Creative website handles information. We review it whenever we add new tools or change how we use information.
Information you provide
If you send an inquiry through our Contact page, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and business name; optionally your business website or social profile, venue type and timeline; the services you're interested in; and your project details. If you email us directly, we receive your message and email address.
Website operation and technical information
When a website is accessed through a server, that server or its delivery infrastructure may receive technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, request time and browser-related headers. A local development server can also produce request logs.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The Contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than an automated program; Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser and device for that purpose only.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, and the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager and are on by default. This website is designed for visitors in the United States.
These tools may collect the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We never send them anything you type into the contact form.
You can turn off analytics, advertising measurement, or both at any time. Use the cookie banner, the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, which turns off advertising cookies in one step. We treat the Global Privacy Control browser signal as the same opt-out. Your choice is saved in a cookie on your device for 365 days.
Opting out stops future collection. It doesn't delete information already collected; to ask about that, email privacy@fiveboroughcreative.com. Our Cookie Policy lists each tool and its cookies.
How information is used
We use inquiry details only to review your request and respond to you. We don't add inquiries to a marketing list, enroll them in a CRM, or use them for advertising, and we don't sell personal information.
Service providers and sharing
We use a small number of providers to run the site and handle inquiries:
- Vercel: website hosting and the secure form endpoint.
- Cloudflare: domain DNS, Turnstile spam protection, and forwarding of email sent to our addresses.
- Resend: delivers the inquiry notification email to us.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where we receive and answer inquiries and email.
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Meta and LinkedIn: website analytics and advertising measurement, as described under "Analytics and cookies." TBH Digital Solutions, the agency that builds and maintains this site, helps us manage these tools using access we grant.
These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services.
Retention and security
The website doesn't store inquiries in a database. Each inquiry is delivered to our inbox as an email and kept there only as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records. Our email-delivery provider keeps short-term delivery logs (currently about 30 days).
We use HTTPS throughout the site, restrict who can access our accounts, and use two-factor authentication where available. No website or system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you've sent us by emailing privacy@fiveboroughcreative.com. We'll confirm your request and respond within a reasonable time.

Updates to this notice
